    CBRE hold an annual series of cross-border events in EMEA aimed at customers and business partners. With audiences ranging from 150 to 250 pax, these conferences are a key element of the business strategy. Providing a mix of strategic direction, hands-on delivery and developmental consultancy, WH is helping to develop and deliver the key messages and build consistency of event delivery across the business.

    At the time, the world’s largest classified media company, Trader was an international group with major activities in 32 countries including Russia, Brazil, Canada, USA, France and Australia. WH organised their annual internal kickoff and direction meeting in locations as diverse as Montebello, Canada (at -40%C), Marrakech and Cancun. A mix of motivation, clear business direction and team building, the event for 350 people lasted four days.

    WH was invited by the Marketing Director of the Royal Grammer School in Guildford to work with them to create a series of advertising campaigns. Working closely together to a specific brief we created a sequence of six stories about different pupils at different levels in the school. Each showed the variety and depth of the individuals demonstrating the fully-rounded nature of the schools offering.

    Lenovo asked WH to help them deliver their Channel Partners event in Berlin. A high profile event involving all their Global and EMEA Management Teams and their top 150 channel partners. 

    Consisting of the venue, the production, the exhibition, the entertainment and the plenary and breakout session, the event also offered over 150 one to one meeting sessions over a 24 hr period

    One of the top ten global spirits companies, Brown Foreman of Louisville, Kentucky, engaged WH to produce their exclusive evening in Cannes to launch their new premier Jack Daniels Sinatra Select. Fully endorsed by the Sinatra family, the legendary Frank Sinatra Jr. performed live in front of a select audience, in the B Bar off the Croisette, accompanied by the Brian Newman Band from New York.

    CBRE is The World’s largest commercial real estate services & investment firm. To increase their brand

    reach, WH created, implemented the Urban Photographer of the Year competition; an annual, global,

    photographic contest that engages with audiences worldwide. The global and international sponsorship

    alliances place the competition directly into the mainstream global photographic community and beyond. This

    ongoing brand building exercise perfectly aligns with CBRE values and CR policy.

    Imagination is one of the largest event companies in the world. They asked us to shoot the launch of the Range Rover Evoque and the Jaguar C45 Concept at the Paris Motor Show. A magnificent challenge to which we rose magnificently.

    We spent three days onsite, including a stretch of 48 hours, seeing all the build and reveal rehearsals. The result was superb despite the press scrum. The split second and extreme exposure challenges were nothing new from our own event experience. We delivered.

    Celerant is a global Management Consultancy with a reputation for rolling up their sleeves and getting the job done. They needed new photo stock for their proposals and marketing materials. We provided them with a complete library of images from a two day shoot. Relevant, embracing their down-to-earth ethos and flexible enough to be used in a variety of interpretations.
